Awful rigged site about 10% chance of gaining profit...one of the worst ive been on

been a player for 19 years.....
starspins was questionable.... landed up over £1000 down there....
then they closed me down...
rejoined after getting reopened.....
and this new site is a joke over £500 deposited and not one withdrawal..... because they take and give pennies.... £40 depo today highest i got was £12....pffft..... no decent wins at all ....

Been a member here for several years as a vip member. Lately the box bonanza games are virtually non existent or very low in amounts. Withdrawals very quick, and I get that it’s gambling, but you no longer feel you have a fair chance since the rebrand.I’ll give it a few more weeks then I’m off to pastures new.

The biggest joke of a company !

Worst one of the Gamesys Sites for payouts on the games, and I don't get the free spins or bonus rounds very often. I always feel like I can win my deposit back and more on the other Gamesys Sites, however not on Starspins. I only stake small amounts so don't lose a great deal, it would be nice to feel like there is a chance that I will win more than my deposit occassionally, however that is the nature of Gambling, you can't win all the time.

I do well on the other Gamesys Sites so can't complain about the company, hopefully my luck will change sometime soon on Starspins.

Nice selection of Slots, the withdrawals when I win something worth withdrawing are super quick, and it is a very easy site to navigate.

Came back to review again.. originally gave 4 stars. . First site I've played on that's asked me if I want a break after only depositing 30 in a week ? it made me think.. hmm ok your right lol.
Came back a couple of days later won almost 200 within 10 minutes.. withdrawn into bank within the hour... I only play slots with 20ps and only ever deposit 10s so its decent win.. gambling is always about luck.. if you keep losing just stop lol your not being forced. These sites put everything in place for you to get help and support but it's still a company they need to make a profit.. not everyone can win.

Lots of negative reviews, lots of frustrated people. I think the pay out rates are so poor on this site. I just about got away with it and cashed out. The 5star positive reviews are questionable, I think employees. Why would random people come on and preach about bet what you can afford and get help, when surely the intention was to come here and say great site (these people haven’t given many reviews so why review a low level casino site)

Do not even attempt deposit with them. Their site have deposit issues. When I made a deposit of £250, it was taken from my account and didn’t go through. So I used live chat who assured me it will be returned to my account but never had! Then I make a complaint- and guess what, they ignore you and treat you like dirt. The money was never returned to me- they just issue a final response. You would think after having lost £7000 of my life savings in a span of 3 weeks they would at least return that money, or give my complaint the time and attention - but no these companies like Starspins, heart bingo, jackpot joy, monopoly casino and rainbow riches, they are just quick to take your money and ignore you.... I would be wise before making a deposit, you may never see this again just like me

I've been playing here for roughly 7 or 8 months. I really like this little casino. Yes, it does lack in games providers, but more than makes up for this with their fast, no nonsense withdrawals. Plus, I see that they have just recently added 'Push Gaming' slots, which is great as I have always been a big fan of 'Razor Shark' & 'Jammin Jars'

I've never won a huge amount here. But the RTP seems fair enough. And anyway, I'm a small stakes kind of guy. I love the Box Bonanza game and the fact that if you win, there is NO wagering on anything! That also goes for all other bonuses.

What I really like & respect though, is the fact that these guys would rather call you to have a proper conversation about how you are feeling about playing with them and as gambling as a whole. I also have to YET AGAIN mention the amount of clowns who seem to be on Trustpilot! People moaning about losing, then blaming the casino for this. People who can't spell trying to spout some rubbish about casinos fixing slots.....blah blah bl**dy blah! Get a life.......and an education!

I usually love the sites from this company, however i feel Starspins falls below the mark. yes there is ALMOST instand withdrawls like the others however the win rates seem to be a litter lower than the other sister sites. that being said still a fun wee site :)

So I opened an account last night they asked for I'd to be sent in I sent my passport picture & my virgin media bill.. an hr later ny account was closed.. today I received an email from starspins saying my account is closed due to "concerns" I went onto lice chat and asked what this is about.. because my virgin bill wasnt paid in full the chat person told me I should be paying my Bill's rather than gamble! And when my Bill's paid in full i can play ? absolute cheek of it!!!!! I told the chat person I will not be using theyr site so they can keep my account closed.. I told him they are rude .. how dare they! They can keep theyr games thanks very much I will not be a part of this site. Disgraceful!
